Itinerary- 12 nights/ 13 days

Day 1

Arrive Cape Town International Airport. You'll be welcomed by a Top Link Guide who will assist you with collecting your rental car. Follow the guide to the Townhouse Hotel, located in the heart of historic Cape Town. Spend remainder of the day exploring the cafés, shops, curios and restaurants of the V&A Waterfront or simply relax at Townhouse Hotel.

Day 2

Play Steenberg Golf Course

Suggested sightseeing after golf: Visit Cape Point at The Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve.

Day 3

Full day privately guided Wine Tasting Tour of the Stellenbosch and Franschhoek Winelands. Visit famous estates such as Neethlingshof, Tokara and Boschendal.

Day 4

Tee off at Royal Cape Golf Course

The remainder of the day can be spent relaxing at the hotel, on the beach or doing some sightseeing around town. We recommend going on a cable-car trip up Table Mountain and enjoy some of the most spectacular views of the city, coastline and Robben Island.

Day 5

Check out after breakfast and return your vehicle to the airport. Board your domestic flight to George. Collect your vehicle upon arrival and drive the short distance to Fancourt Golf Resort, home of the 2003 Presidents Cup. Check in and spend afternoon/evening at leisure.

Day 6

Tee off at Fancourt Montagu after breakfast

Suggested sightseeing after golf: Visit the quaint coastal town of Knysna and enjoy a stunning seafood meal at any of the restaurants at the Knysna Quays

Day 7

Play Fancourt Outeniqua

Suggested sightseeing after golf: Visit the ancient Cango Caves and town of Oudtshoorn; or simply top up your tan with a long drink pool-side.

Day 8

Tee off at Fancourt Links

Suggested sightseeing after golf: Visit the historic town of Mossel Bay - be sure to drop in at the Diaz Museum and Old Post Office Tree.

Day 9

Check out after breakfast and return vehicle to the airport where you will board your flight to Joburg.

You'll be welcomed by a Golf 2 Africa Guide and transferred in comfort to Sun City Resort. Check in at The Palace of the Lost City and spend remainder of the day exploring Sun City at leisure.

Day 10

Play Lost City Golf Course

After golf you can simply relax with a long drink pool-side or visit the exciting Valley of the Waves for an adrenaline filled afternoon in the sun.

Evening entertainment at Sun City is dazzling to say the least. Fantastic restaurants that cater for an eclectic palate, hip bars and cafés, cabarets and nightclubs all surround the black tie casino complex at the Entertainment Centre.

Day 11

Full day ranger guided safari in the Pilanesberg National Park.

Day 12

Tee off at Gary Player Country Club after breakfast. Spend the remainder of the day relaxing at The Palace or return to the Entertainment Centre for more excitement.

Day 13

Check out after breakfast. Meet up with a Golf 2 Africa Guide at reception. Transfer in comfort to Joburg Airport where your international return flight awaits.

Dining in and around Cape Town

Northeast of Cape Town is the Paarl region where Bosman’s is famed for three-course lunches, five-course dinners and award-winning wines. 96 Winery Road Restaurant, just outside Stellenbosch, showcases fresh local ingredients. Among several fine restaurants in the village of Franschboek, Le Quartier Francais provides a creative country ambiance and an extensive wine selection. On the Cape West Coast, Hilda’s Kitchen in Darling, set in an 1808 homestead, serves patrons either in the kitchen or in its courtyard.

The Casino and Super Bowl

Sun City is home to one of the largest casinos in the southern hemisphere, offering American Roulette, Blackjack, Punto Bunco and a variety of slot machine games. The Super Bowl is Africa 's finest upmarket venue for concerts. Stars such as Queen, Bryan Adams, Frank Sinatra, ZZ Top and Rod Stewart have performed at this 6,000 seat arena.
